Our goal is to thoroughly inform you of your treatment options and associated fees so that you can make an educated decision that works best for you before you incur the treatment cost. After the initial examination, we will work together to create a personalized treatment plan in writing, including the current fees.
Insurance Considerations
Our office is more than happy to assist patients who have dental insurance. We participate with United Concordia Fee for Service and Delta Dental Premier, and work with most major dental insurance plans. Our experienced office staff will handle all your claim filings electronically so that you receive all the insurance benefits to which you are entitled.
You are our top priority, meaning we are here to provide you with the most beneficial dental treatments for you, not to succumb to the limitations of dental insurance companies. We work hard to help you understand what we hope you can expect from your insurance reimbursement. Our warm, friendly, experienced staff will help unravel the insurance maze.
Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. Because insurance policies vary, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. We ask that your estimated patient portion be paid at the time of service. As a service to our patients, we will bill insurance companies for services and allow them 
45 days to render payment. After 60 days, you are responsible for the entire balance, paid-in-full. If you have any questions, our courteous staff is always available to answer them.
Financial Options
For the convenience of our patients, we accept a variety of payment methods for your dental treatment. Let us work with you personally to choose a financial option that fits best with your personal budget.
Pre-payment (applicable to fees of $200 or more)
If you pay in-full at the onset of treatment, we will give you a 5% pre-payment courtesy, and senior citizens over age 60 are eligible for a 10% pre-payment courtesy.
Credit Cards
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards for your convenience.
Low-Monthly Payment Plans
We offer 6-months and 12-months no-interest financing through CareCredit. With low monthly payments and no annual fees, CareCredit is a great solution to help dental treatment fit into your budget. There are also special orthodontic budget plans.
