Judy Stewart
With previous dental experience in a pediatric office, Judy joined our team in 1999 after moving back to Central Pennsylvania. She grew up in Shamokin, Pennsylvania and attended both Harrisburg Area Community College and Millersville University.
Judy and her husband, James, reside in Linglestown, and they have two children, Coty and Cassity. During her free time (if there is such a thing), Judy is the leader of her daughter's Girl Scout troop, attends her children's many school and sporting activities, teaches Sunday School and enjoys reading. "The people at our office are my family. Not many people can say that they love where they work - I can."
Front Office Staff
Melissa Walker
Missy grew up in Tower City, Pennsylvania. With over 15 years of dental assisting experience at an endodontist's office, she joined our front office team in 2005.
Missy is married to Jeff, and they have two children, Blake and Madison. When not in the office, Missy likes to spend time with her friends and family and attend her children's sporting events.
Amy Heiser
Amy grew up in Carlisle, Pennsylvania and received her Computer and Medical Business Technologies Certification from Computer Learning Network in 1996. Amy has been an integral part of our front office team since 1998. Amy notes that, "We are more of a family than just co-workers," here at Mendelson, Foer, and Harrison. She values the friendships that she has found, not only with those that she works with but also with many of our patients and their families.
Amy spends her free time with her boys, "getting dirty, and having a lot of fun (when they aren't driving me crazy!)" They love to go camping and spend time outside. "I love to laugh and have a good time, both with my family and with my friends." Amy has a cat named Duke and a dog named Lucky.
Sarah Predix
Sarah is a graduate of Cumberland Valley High School and joined our dental family in 2007. She previously worked as a dental assistant before joining our front office team. Sarah is able to help patients understand the need and complexity of dental procedures when they have questions. "Working here is not just working side-by-side with friends, but this office has also become family. Knowing that you have a supportive team behind you allows us all to give patients the quality care that they deserve."
Sarah has a daughter, Raelyn, who keeps her very busy with school activities and her dancing. In her free time, Sarah enjoys scrapbooking and crafting as well as spending time with her family and her friends.
Hygiene Department
Alecia McGullion, RDH
Alecia is a graduate of Cumberland Valley High School and a 1988 graduate of the University of Pittsburgh School Of Dental Hygiene. Alecia has been a part of our hygiene team since 1988. Several times a year, Alecia attends seminars provided by the Harrisburg Dental Society.
Alecia and her husband, Mike, live in Carlisle, Pennsylvania. In her free time, she likes to spend time with her friends, family and enjoys running and reading.
Wendy Barrick, RDH
Wendy is a graduate of Cumberland Valley High School and a 1994 graduate of the hygiene program at Harrisburg Area Community College. Wendy joined our office in 2000 having previous experience at another office. "I enjoy my profession very much, and I value the relationships with my patients. I like being able to make a difference in a person's overall health and having them feel comfortable." Wendy attends several hygiene courses throughout the year given by our local dental association.
Wendy has been married for 15 years to Brian, and they have two boys, Carter and Walker. In her free time, she likes to spend time at her children's school and sporting events. She likes to exercise and spend time with family and friends.
Michelle Frady, RDH
Michelle (Shell) graduated from Cumberland Valley High School and is a 1992 graduate of the hygiene program at Harrisburg Area Community College. Shell has been part of our dental family since 1989. She began her career as dental assistant. "I have enjoyed a long, successful career in our family-oriented atmosphere." Shell devotes a lot of time in caring for her patients including attending continuing education courses provided by the dental association.
In her spare time, Shell enjoys cooking (the office loves when she cooks too!), gardening (Shell is the design talent behind the seasonal arrangements in our reception area) and spending time with her family and friends.
Bonnie Radic, RDH
Bonnie grew up in Danville, Pennsylvania and received her Hygiene Degree from Williamsport Area Community College in 1984. She joined our office in 1987. "I thoroughly enjoy my profession and the patients that I have grown to know and love over the past 22 years." Bonnie attends yearly continuing education opportunities to help her keep apprised of changes and advancements in her profession.
In her free time, Bonnie enjoys spending time with her husband, Vince, their two daughters, Hannah and Hilary, and their dogs, Daisy and Bradley.
Kris Mandich, RDH
Kris is a graduate of Boiling Springs High School and joined our practice in 1996 when she graduated from the hygiene program at Harrisburg Area Community College. Kris attends yearly seminars provided by the Harrisburg Dental Society to learn of the new technologies and advancements in the field of dental hygiene.
In her free time, Kris enjoys being outdoors and spending time with her family. Kris lives in Boiling Springs with her husband, Brent, daughter, Claire, and miniature dachshund, Bailey.
Dental Assistants
Toni Weidman
Toni began her dental assisting career in her hometown of Lebanon over 30 years ago. Since 1983, Toni has been Dr. Mendelson's assistant, giving patients the excellent dental care that they need.
Toni lives in Boiling Springs with her husband, Stephen, and their dog, Mandy. In her spare time, Toni likes to shop (sometimes a little too much!), cook, bake and take Mandy on walks in the park.
Michele Kielar
Michele grew up in Swoyersville, Pennsylvania and attended Luzerne County Community College where she received her certification specializing in Dental Assisting in 1986. Michele has been working in the dental field for 23 years. Michele has been assisting Dr. Harrison at our practice since 1989.
Michele's son, Ronnie, keeps her very busy with his extracurricular activities. When not in the office, Michele enjoys baking, doing crossword puzzles and spending time with her family.
Linda Lusk
Linda is a graduate from Camp Hill High School and Cumberland Perry Vo-Tech with a certificate in chair side Dental Assisting. She has been a dental assistant for over 35 years and joined our office in 1993.
Linda is married to Jerry, and they live in Mechanicsburg with their dog and two cats. She has a daughter, two step-children and two granddaughters. In her spare time, she likes to work on crossword puzzles.
Kathy Winanci
Kathy attended Cumberland Perry Vo-Tech where she graduated with a certificate in chair side Dental Assisting. She has been in the dental field for over 21 years and joined our office as Dr. Foer's dental assistant in 1993.
Kathy lives in York Springs with her husband, Greg, and three children, Kayla, Jared and Hunter. Kathy enjoys traveling, gardening and spending time with her family and friends.
Christine Stellefson
Chris is a graduate of Wesleyan College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Education. Chris left teaching after she had her two boys and became a full-time mom. When her boys were grown, Chris joined our team in 1999 and was able to find out what it was like on the other side of the chair because she was a patient first!
Chris and her husband, Wayne, reside in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania. In her spare time, Chris is a devoted caregiver to her family. She enjoys gourmet cooking and exercising.
